U-protein is smoothly spread on various types of paper and serves as a strong barrier binding to the fibrous surface. Single-side U-protein coating on paper is tested to hold water for 30 min, oil for 5 min, and heated at 200 \u2103, simulating the use conditions of single-use food packaging.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Urea-\/Phenol-formaldehyde adhesive, or certain additives in bio-based adhesives can be sources of toxic VOCs (volatile organic compound). Without any additives, U-protein exhibits high bonding strength and good water resistance, that enables simple formulation to be used as a safe and sustainable adhesive.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Protein is naturally available in green leaves, with total mass on earth over 700,000,000 tones. V-protein is an extraction of edible green leaves, containing more than 50% of natural protein. The mild extraction method retains its excellent protein solubility and digestibility, allowing V-protein to be applied in various food products.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
